About

Our cookery school is located on the beautiful river of Cam Thanh village. It is built following the design of a traditional stilt house which makes you feel comfortable and enjoy the fresh air as well as outstanding views.

Our guide will pick you up at your hotel. The guide will first take you to a local market to tell you about the main ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine and choose the fresh ingredients for the cooking class. This is also one of the highlights of the tour since you can gain insight into Vietnamese herbs and spices. 

After the market trip, the car will take you back to Cam Thanh Coconut Village. Then you will be transferred to a unique bamboo basket boat to explore the beauty of the Bay Mau coconut forest, also called the Mekong Delta in the heart of Hoi An.

The guide will also show you how to pound and separate rice, and grind rice to make rice milk and rice paper. you will have the chance to experience traditional Vietnamese cultural tools like a stone mortar and wooden pestle.

• 8:20 am: Our guide will pick you up at your hotel.
