Hi! I’m Lina. I invite you to my private Japanese cooking class, where you will see how the Japanese culture, lifestyle, and food look like closely with the cooking instructor. The menu you will learn is Japanese classic meal style, “Ichiju Sansai” which consists with 1 soup and 3 dishes(1 main and 2 side dishes). It’s recognized as an ideal and well-balanced meal style among Japanese people.
You will learn to create your own Japanese dishes. In every menu, I contain a dish with Hatcho miso(beans miso) which is a special miso of Aichi Prefecture is included but we offer a different menu on a different day so you can decide what dish you prefer. I give you Market Tour before going to the cooking place. In the class, we will discuss about Nagoya food culture and the Japanese eating manner. You would be totally surprised at the Japanese cooking method which makes every meal healthy and tasty, and you would feel very close to Japan.
