We are Coconut Fragrance Cooking Center that you are looking for the authentic culture of Hoi An cuisines.

With the experience of Vietnamese cooking methods, our local staff will share with you how different kinds of fresh organic materials in Hoi An Market such as fishes, meats, and vegetables which aren’t easy to find them in supermarket. 

Additionally, our lovely local fishermen shall bring you an memorable fishing skills on their Basket Boats while you are enjoying the beautiful sceneries with a short historical story of Hoi An countryside.

Continuously for magnificent trip, you are going to demonstrate your family’s home cooking and sharing lunch with our friendly chef and his family’s members.

• Making rice milk
• Making rice paper
• Sweet and sour sauce
• Hội An Spring roll (Fried or Fresh spring roll)
• Vietnamese salad
• Viet Nam pancake ( Banh Xeo)
• Pho ( Noodle soup,) or Grill fish in banana leaf
• Steam rice
•  Desert: grill banana with sticky rice and coconut cream

Schedule

8:30 am: Our guide will pick you up from your Hotel (only in hoi an city)and take you to the Hoi An market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients you will use in the cooking lesson. Make sure your camera is handy.

9:45 am: take the basket boats and start your journey exploring the small channels, go deep into the forest of water coconut, and hear about the history of the water coconut Forest in Vietnam- American wars.

Tourists will be taught rowing, fishing, and catching crabs by the local fisherman, and experience amazing performances with basket boat dancing…

10:30 am: Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food.

We have the new Menu in our program:

You can learn how to make the rice paper for the special fried spring- rolls. And learn how to make rice milk from the rice graining traditional way. After that, you use the rice starch to make Vietnamese pancake( Banh Xeo).

Enjoy what you have cooked after the instructions.

2:30 pm: Return to the hotel.
