There is no better way to explore Moroccan culture and discovering its traditional cuisine than a Pro Fez cooking class. Get ready for a day full of appetizing smells and colorful spices!

During this class, you'll learn how to make traditional savory dishes and impressive plates under the guidance of a local chef.

You'll be welcomed at the house with Moroccan mint tea and some pastry delights. Meanwhile, you'll get a thorough introduction to Moroccan culture and its cuisine. With the chef, you'll discuss the dishes you're going to make, the necessary ingredients and the techniques to make them. 

Before the exquisite Moroccan cooking experience, you'll be taken on an extraordinary shopping tour in the local souk to get fresh ingredients and spices. This is a great opportunity to taste a bit here and there. 

Back at the host's traditional kitchen, you'll prepare yourself for the cooking class. The utensils, ingredients, and workspace. Under the instructions of the chef, you'll make Moroccan appetizers, a main dish, and a dessert. You'll take this knowledge with you from then onwards. 

During the class, you'll have fun and take pictures. 

When everything is prepared, you'll enjoy what you have created together with the family in a cozy and authentic ambience.
