Learn how to make traditional Italian fresh pasta from scratch! Join our fun, creative and interesting pasta-making class in Rome, our chef will lead you through all the secrets of the trade. Make them in different shapes and sizes, with or even without eggs!
During this 1,5-hour hands-on experience in Rome, you'll make 3 types of fresh homemade pasta, learn the secrets of making colored and stuffed pasta. The experienced chef will explain to you all the technical aspects of homemade pasta. He'll take you through the process step-by-step and teach you everything you need to know.
After you've made the fresh pasta you'll make the sauces to go with it from scratch. You can choose one of our favorite: sauce salmon, carbonara, amatriciana or Cacio e Pepe.
After the class, you'll taste your creations together with the other participants. You'll know everything you need to know to create your own homemade pasta like a chef at home.
