First you’ll be introduced into the world of gelato, tasting several amazing flavors and learning about the difference between ice cream and gelato. Learn the importance of choosing quality ingredients with an eye on fresh ingredients and organically produced food. You'll be entertained by a nice "gelato game" that will help you to focus on your taste buds and enjoy an amazing gelato while walking towards your class site.
Next, we'll access the kitchen of a famous pastry store specializing in artisan Tiramisu. Put on your apron and be ready to work. You'll bake our own savoiardi (ladyfinger cookies) and make our own water-based gelato. We'll teach you all the steps for a stunning tiramisu: how to prepare the cream and how to select the ingredients, working professionally but in a friendly atmosphere. Master the art of using your pastry-bag and set your tiramisu.
