Spicy Chicken Clay Pot has recently become a favorite of the people of Hong Kong because of hour rich and spicy it is. After finishing it with tender chicken pieces, you can always add in clear soup to make a hot pot base. Since it is your own creation, you can add in chili and Sichuan peppers to suit your taste.
This class will begin with a Hong Kong wet market tour where you will find the best local ingredients to cook with. Our guide will be there to help you choose what's needed. Then you will begin the hands-on section of this experience as you learn how to prepare the hot pot at our cooking studio. This three hour activity will leave you happy, full, and with new cooking techniques.
