Dalmatian Cooking Class with Professional Chef and Guided Market Tour

Come along to experience a day living like a local in Zadar. Start your morning off with a cappuccino in a centrally-located bar, where you'll meet your licensed guide and fellow travelers.

We'll then head to the local market and choose ingredients for our upcoming cooking class: fresh fish and other seafood, seasonal fruit and vegetables, hard and soft cheese, honey from the Velebit Mountain, organic eggs, Dalmatian smoked ham, grappas, liqueur, wine, and more. 

After shopping up a storm, you'll head to your cooking class and start making delicious food at your individual cooking stations. Our professional chef will show you how to cook authentic Dalmatian cuisine and share his secret cooking techniques. 

Get ready to cook a mouth-watering Dalmatian feast and enjoy the results with your new friends!

• Salted and marinated anchovies
• Mussels alla buzara (Croatian-style mussel stew)
• Fish with vegetables
• Fritule (traditional Dalmatian dessert)

• 9.00 am: Meet your guide at People's Square and enjoy coffee in Lovre cafe
• 9.30 am: Local market and fish market tour 
• 10.00 am: Short Zadar city tour
• 10.30 am: Introduction with a serving of salted and marinated anchovies and apertif
• 11:00 am: Mussels cooking session and tasting
• 11:30 am: Cook fish with vegetables
• 12:30 pm: Dessert session and time to enjoy your dish with glass of wine
• 1:30 pm: End of the cooking class
