Get ready to savor a range of classic Chinese breakfast dishes from street food vendors, browse for seasonal veggies and fruit at a traditional wet market, and visit a neighborhood park to witness locals singing, dancing and even playing with a shuttlecock.
Our time together will conclude with a basic introduction to Tai Chi outside a 1000-year-old historic temple.

Schedule
- 8:00 am: Meet at The Grand Noble hotel
- 8:10 am: Walk to the morning market tour and taste some local snacks
- 9:00 am: Visit a local wet market: fresh vegetables, fruit, raw meat and other daily necessities will be on sale
- 10:00 am: Visit the park where you can enjoy and see the daily activity of local people.
- 11:00 am: Visit a 1000-year-old temple with our Tai Chi master to learn basic postures and moves in a relaxed atmosphere
- 11:30 am: End of the tour
