Together, we'll prepare four delicious courses of traditional Italian and Neapolitan delicacies.
Our “primi” (or first course) will include a typical Sorrento gnocchi or the famous local ravioli. These dishes are a "must-have" on our tables, especially on Sundays.
You will learn to make the pasta dough from scratch, kneading and shaping it, before creating the perfect sauce. This hands-on approach to learning means you will get real practice under the expert guidance of our chef – and can be proud of what you’ve made at the end!
During the lesson, our chef will guide you to success and show you the best cooking techniques and secrets to selecting fresh ingredients.
