Pickup Option

Pick Up and Drop Off Location: Students will meet and be picked up at the Jardín Etnobotánico de Oaxaca (Ethnobotanic Gardens), which is centrally located in downtown Oaxaca on the corner of Reforma and Constitución at A.P. 367 Centro, Oaxaca, Oaxaca C.P. 68000

Confirmation

You will receive the confirmation of your booking's availability within 24 hours. Once confirmed, please present your booking reference number at the cooking school.

Cancellation

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the activity. There will be no refund for participant who did now show up on the day.

Chef Reyna is amazing. She was listed in Larousse as one of the best chefs in Mexico. Rick Bayless brings all of his chefs here to learn from her. She's warm, thorough and patient. Don't pass up this class if you want to learn authenic Zapotec cuisine.
