About
Our cooking class provides a great experience in traditional Vietnamese cooking and culture. you will explore the colorful variety of Vietnamese markets by sounds, eyes, smells and taste to see real daily life that shapes the contours of colorful Vietnamese cuisine.
The course spends five hours includes colorful Central Market Trip, cooking, enjoying our meals, relaxing in our garden, and learning about Vietnamese culture as well.

- Taste of Central Highlands with Fresh or Fried Spring rolls

- Beef wrapped with guise leaves
- Stuffed tomato with meat
- Stuffed bell peppers
- Tofu wrapped with guise leaves (vegetarian)
- Stuffed mushrooms cooked in soya sauce ( can be vegetarian)
- Steam fish with coconut sauce

Taking a cooking class in Dalat through Cookly was an unforgettable experience! The instructor was incredibly kind and patient, making the entire process both enjoyable and easy to follow.
The day started with a fascinating visit to the morning market, where we explored a variety of fresh ingredients. The local vendors were welcoming, and I even got to sample some unique flavors. Our guide explained each ingredient in detail, making the market tour a great introduction to Vietnamese cuisine.
Back at the cooking class, we prepared three dishes of our choice in a beautiful outdoor garden. The recipes were surprisingly simple yet produced stunningly delicious and visually appealing dishes. It was such a fun and relaxing experience, and I loved every moment of it!
I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Dalat. Whether you're a food lover or just looking for a unique cultural experience, this is a perfect way to immerse yourself in Vietnam’s rich culinary traditions.

"Fun and informative"
I spent a fun morning with Son, going to the market and then returning to the garden to cook three great Vietnamese dishes. It was nice that I could choose what we cooked and the time was very relaxed even though it was just me in the class. Son is a lovely lady and I highly recommend her cooking class.

"Super!"
Sun war mit uns auf dem Markt und hat alle Zutaten für unsere Gerichte frisch gekauft.
Anschließend waren wir in einer Outdoor Küche und haben alles gekocht, es war super lecker und alles wurde ausführlich erklärt
Auf die Rezepte mussten wir eine Weile warten und öfters nachfragen, was etwas ärgerlich war ..

"Cooking class with Sun"
Sun is very active and passionate person. She introduced traditional market and buy ingredients together. It was pretty informative time for us to learn all different vegetables, herbs, and fruits.
Her cooking studio is very open and beautiful place. I really enjoy the class and it was pretty unique time for us in Dalat.
If you like to learn Vietnamese food and something new experience, I recommand this cooking class.
