The best way to explore a culture is to enjoy food. The local cooking class can give you a deep insight of how local’s daily life is. This class is suitable for people with more than four in a group. You can choose your favorite menu and cook with your friends or family! The private class needs to be booked at least 4 participants.

Xiao Long Bao class

Xiao Long Bao is one of the most famous Taiwanese cuisine, called Soup Dumpling because each bite is full of juicy soup from melted gelatin. With easy to use kitchenware and cooking set, you can be as good as professional! By this fun cooking class, you will get closer of Taiwanese cooking skill and food culture.

*Only children 16 years of age and above are allowed to join this class*
** Only group people at least four can join this class.

＊ 身近な食材や調味料で作るので 日本でもすぐ作れます
＊ 実習中の写真撮影もOKです(ビデオ撮影不可)

Schedule

Morning Class:

• 10:00 am: Beginning of the class
• 12:30 pm: End of the class

Afternoon Class:

• 2:00 pm: Beginning of the class
• 4:30 pm: End of the class

Evening Class:

• 6:00 pm: Beginning of the class
• 8:30 pm: Enjoy the meal together, end of the class
