Our women-run cooking class is located in a local house with big garden by the Red river, which is only 15 minutes ride from old quarter. Coming to our place, you will get a chance to meet local people in non-tourist areas, to visit an authentic wet market and see all the produces you ever want to see, to learn all the secrets of Hanoi cuisine while enjoying the mesmerizing food – made by you, and to experience a day like-a-local.

Without the burden of renting a place in the center expensive-old-quarter, we are also capable of providing you the best authentic experience with the best value of money. Our young and passionate people are eager to meet and bring you to the world of our culture. Are you ready?

• Phở Bò - Traditional beef noodle soup
• Bún Chả - Hanoi traditional grilled BBQ pork noodle
• Nem rán - Fried spring roll
• Cà phê trứng - Hanoi egg coffee
• Nước Chấm - Dipping sauce for rolls

Vegetarian Menu:

• Phở Chay- Vegan noodle soup
• Gỏi cuốn - Tofu & tomato noodle
• Nem chay - Fried spring roll
• Nước Chấm Chay - Vegan dipping sauce for rolls
• Cà phê trứng - Hanoi egg coffee or Kem chuối - Banana dessert

Schedule

Morning Class

• 9:00 am: Meet up at our cooking class at number 10 Hang Muoi street, old quarter, Hanoi.
• 9:15 am: Arrive at the local wet market, learn and get introduced about the local produce and ingredients, practice bargaining
• 9:45 am: Head back to the kitchen to cook
• 10:00 am: Our chef will instruct and explain the menu’s dishes and methods, then you start to cook under supervision.
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy your fruits of labor together with Vietnamese Rice Whisky. Receive your certificate and end of class.

Afternoon Class

• 11:30 am: Meet up at our cooking class at number 10 Hang Muoi street, old quarter, Hanoi.
• 11:45 am: Arrive at the local wet market, learn and get introduced about the local produce and ingredients, practice bargaining
• 12:15 pm: Head back to the kitchen to cook
• 12:30 pm: Our chef will instruct and explain the menu’s dishes and methods, then you start to cook under supervision.
• 2:30 pm: Enjoy your fruits of labor together with Vietnamese Rice Whisky. Receive your certificate and end of class.

Evening Class

• 4:00 pm: Meet up at our cooking class at number 10 Hang Muoi street, old quarter, Hanoi.
• 4:15 pm: Arrive at the local wet market, learn and get introduced about the local produce and ingredients, practice bargaining
• 4:45 pm: Head back to the kitchen to cook
• 5:00 pm: Our chef will instruct and explain the menu’s dishes and methods, then you start to cook under supervision.
• 7:00 pm: Enjoy your fruits of labor together with Vietnamese Rice Whisky. Receive your certificate and end of class.
