Weekday Vietnamese Cooking Class with Passionate Cooks

Today, our customer will find it convenient to take part in our culinary activity.  We open daily and we have two schedules per day: Morning & Afternoon. Foodies will get hands on, guide, and simplified experiences by our professional chef Mr Pham Dinh Chuong. After the class, we will receive complimentary beverages and also a cooking certificate and one gift. Additionally, we have vegan and vegetarian option. Menu

Morning Menu

• Noodle salad Saigon style 
• Deep fried spring roll
• Vietnamese pancake
• Caramelized pork or fish

Afternoon Menu

• Fresh spring roll
• Grilled minced pork or seafood rolling with lemon grass (nem nuong) 
• sweet and sour soup Mekong delta style
• caramelized pork or fish

Schedule

Morning Session

• 10:00 am: arrive at Troc's Kitchen
• 10:15 am: introduction with complimentary coffee or tea (the learners will get the chance to share with our chef how to make the original Vietnamese drop coffee
• 10:45 am: Start to cook and taste the food course by course until done on each menu. Complimentary drinks are available
• 2:30 pm: time to enjoy fruit plate and receive certificate and souvenirs, End of the cooking class.

Afternoon Session

• 4:00 pm: arrive at Troc's Kitchen
• 4:15 pm: introduction with complimentary coffee or tea (the learners will get the chance to share with our chef how to make the original Vietnamese drop coffee
• 4:45 pm: Start to cook and taste the food course by course until done on each menu. Complimentary drinks are available
• 8:30 pm: time to enjoy fruit plate and receive certificate and souvenirs, End of the cooking class
