About

Guided tour of the vineyards with an explanation about the various wine grapes as well as fresh table grapes. During the tour, we collect wine leaves which we need for the cooking class. This is followed by a tour of the Winery. From there we proceed to the restaurant for the cooking class and for lunch where you can enjoy the meals prepared.


Menu

  • “Miang Bai Angun” – a PB Valley Signature Dish which is a typical Thai Appetizer with a vineyard touch
  • “Green Curry with Chicken” a classic Thai Dish popular at the Great Hornbill Grill
  • “Beef which made the Tiger cry” – a grilled sirloin steak with a spicy Northeastern Thai Sauce (Jim Jeow) and trimmings

"Great place to visit"
My parents and I took a tour around this winery at a price of 320 baht per adult. From that tour, you get further information on how grape wine is being produced. The explanation by the staff was very clear as she spoke in both Thai and English. You would also get up close to the grape fields, where you see how grapes are being planted. The eye attracting part of this tour is that, you will be given 3 glasses of different types of wine to be tasted. Overall, I find this tour is very meaningful and good.
