Hi I'm Chef Ghi! I invite you to my home to get an introduction to Thai cuisine. We will start off at a local market to learn about the most essential Thai herbs and vegetables, and pick up ingredients for our dishes.

Cook outdoors on small gas stoves with my instructions. Once finished, you'll get to eat your creations inside my home at the kitchen table. Free water will be provided.

Monday:

• Spicy Soup with Shrimps
• Pad Thai with Shrimp
• Green Curry with Chicken
• Sweet Mango with Sticky Rice 

Tuesday:

• Chicken Soup with Marrow
• Fried Shrimps with Garlic and Pepper
• Chicken Massamun Curry
• Sweet Mango with Sticky Rice 

Wednesday:

• Jungle Curry with Chicken
• Omelet with Mince Pork
• Fried Mixed Mushroom with Oyster Sauce
• Sweet Mango with Sticky Rice

Thursday:

• Chicken Yellow Curry with Marrow and Rice Noodle
• Deep Fried Chicken with Lemongrass
• Fried Mixed Vegetables with Oyster Sauce
• Sweet Mango with Sticky Rice

Friday:

• Spicy Soup with Shrimps
• Fried Rice with Shrimps
• Deep Fried Fish with Sour Mango Salad
• Sweet Mango with Sticky Rice

Special Menu (Additional fee applies):

• Crab Curry OR Shrimps and Squid Curry
• Fried Spicy with Shrimps and Squid (Pad Cha Talay)

Schedule

Morning Session

• 8:15 am: Meet at Hualumpong subway station Exit 1
• 8:30 am: Walking at the fresh market 
• 8:55 am: return to school
• 9:00 am: Preparing/ Cooking session begins
• 12:30 pm: End of Class

Afternoon Session (The Market is close during this time, but you will still learn every dishes) 

• 1:30 pm: Meet at Hualumpong subway station Exit 1
• 2:00 pm: Preparing/ Cooking session begins 
• 4:30 pm: End of class
