Soba Noodle Making Experience in Central Tokyo

About

Soba is one of the most traditional types of Japanese meal. Soba, made from buckwheat flour, is eaten casually or on special occasions such as new year ceremony. The process of making soba noodle looks simple but you will see it is very sensitive process. During the class, enjoy to make Soba Gozen (set meal that comes with soba, tempura, and dipping sauce) taught by a professional instructor at one of Asia’s largest culinary schools, boasting more than 150 studios throughout the region. Cooking ingredients and tools and lunch with a beverage are all included. Just bring yourself!

Schedule

Morning Session

• 11:00 am: Meetup at cooking studio (Location of the cooking studio is either in Marunouchi or Nihonbashi. We will inform you the location at the time of reservation)
• 12:30 pm: Lunch time to enjoy your edible creation
• 1:00 pm: End of course and we will provide you certificate! 

Afternoon Session 

• 2:00 pm: Meetup at cooking studio (Location of the cooking studio is either in Marunouchi or Nihonbashi. We will inform you the location at the time of reservation)
• 3:30 pm: Lunch time to enjoy your edible creation
• 4:00 pm: End of course and we will provide you certificate!
