BrassWok Thai Cooking offers private lessons and small group classes (2-6 students only) that are tailored to your request. You will learn the fundamentals of Thai cuisine: the techniques, the key ingredients, and how you can make every creation your own. BrassWok ensures fun, friendly, educational, hands-on, rewarding, therapeutic (as many students claimed) and memorable experience.

"Do not miss if you have the chance."

When you first meet Chef Pui you know you have met someone very special. She is passionate, engaging, funny, and an amazing teacher. Her class is well paced and organised to make the most of the time. Our group of 9 family members all love cooking and Thai food and now we know why we couldn’t replicate the flavours and textures from our favourite restaurants. No longer! Chef Pui delivered on her promise to demystify Thai cooking and the secret to simple and succulent Thai food. But more than that was the opportunity to share her home and meet such a wonderful person.

This was by far my most favourite experience in Thailand - to have the incredible kindness and expertise of Pui to teach us how to continue to experience traditional Thai food when we return home and share the fresh ingredients and robust flavours of such a variety of dishes - it was truly wonderful. She accommodated our schedule, her session was so organized and smooth, and we walked away in awe of her skills and knowledge.
