From the company that launched the first and most popular cooking class in Florence, here is a VIP small-group hands-on experience that will immerse you in the scents, tastes, and secrets of Italian Cuisine, letting you also discover where Florentines buy their authentic gourmet Tuscan products and ingredients.

Following our professional and passionate Chef, stroll through the old town discovering the fascinating authentic historic Bottegas where you will learn about and taste some gourmet typical Tuscan products, while also buying some of the freshest ingredients you will need for the recipes in your cooking class. This includes visiting Bottegas in Oltrarno, the most authentic district in town, on the other side of the river. An incredible food tour guided by the knowledge of a professional Chef!

Then, you will head to our incredible and exclusive location for your hands-on cooking class, right in the heart of Florence.

Wear your apron and start listening to the Chef, because in a matter of minutes, it will be you chopping, mixing, kneading... surprising yourself while preparing the most delicious lunch you've ever tasted.

The menu may slightly vary depending on the season and the fresh ingredients available, but this is an example of it: typical homemade pasta from scratch like Potato Gnocchi, with a hand-made Pesto sauce (no kitchen robots but with a mortar and pestle!). Then a second dish like a delicious eggplant Parmigiana. And finally, prepare your own dessert, like Cantuccini (typical Tuscan dry biscuits to dip into Tuscan dessert wine Vinsanto). Enjoy your delicious creations while tasting some of the finest Tuscan wines.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert with the apron, this small-group cooking class will ensure a personalized experience from the Chef while letting you enjoy friendly company, and will let you learn recipes and secrets that you can bring home with you to surprise your friends with a true Italian meal!

A booklet that includes the recipes you cooked will be our present to you to help prepare that Italian meal for your friends and family.

Please note that when the Bottegas are closed, a special introduction and extra tastings at the cooking school will substitute instead.

• 8:45 am: Meeting point
• 9:00 am: Departure (start the food tour)
