Xiao Long Bao is one of the most famous Taiwanese cuisine, called Soup Dumpling because each bite is full of juicy soup from melted gelatin. With easy to use kitchenware and cooking set, you can be as good as professional! By this fun cooking class, you will get closer of Taiwanese cooking skill and food culture.

*Only children 16 years of age and above are allowed to join this class*
* We have another classroom can host max 10 people, please contact us for more info.

• Main: Soup Dumpling (Xiao Long Bao)
• Wonton Soup
• Local Vegetable Side Dish

*The menu cannot be made for 100% Vegetarian. The dumplings inside can be vegetable, but the soup cube in the dumplings is made of meat soup.
If you're okay with the clear soup cooked with meat, welcome to join the class!
