Paella-Kochkurs mit Marktbesuch bei Cooking Point Madrid

In this fun learning experience, you spend 4 hours with a local chef shopping, cooking and enjoying Spanish traditional dishes.

In this morning lesson, you visit first the local market to shop the ingredients you need to you cook your own paella, gazpacho (cold tomato soup) and sangria. Great opportunity to know more about Spanish groceries while you make one of our most representative dishes.

At the end of the class, you get a recipe booklet including all the recipes made at the school, as well as a welcome gift with a premium Spanish product. All in all, a great way to bring Spain back home! 

Menü

From the school, we visit the nearby local market, to buy the groceries we will use during the class (seafood, vegetables, chicken,...) additionally we will spend some time learning more things about Spanish ham, olives, etc.

Once back at the school the following menu:

• Mixed Paella (Spanish most famous dish, with rice, seafood and chicken).
• Gazpacho (cold tomato soup)
• Sangria (refreshing cocktail with red wine, fruit and more)

The class is very hands-on, you work in pairs preparing your own dishes.

At the end of the class, you sit down around the table to enjoy all the food you prepared and share your experiences in Madrid with the rest of travelers.

We give you the recipes on paper to replicate them back home.

Programm

• 10:00 am: Meeting at the school
• 10:15 am: Visiting the nearby market to buy our groceries
• 11:00 am: Coming back to school and starting our class
• 2:00 pm: End of class
