The cooking classes are followed by a hands-on preparation and cooking method guided by our experienced chef. Cooking classes take place at a floating pier or the riverside terrace.

Learn to traditionally prepare 4 popular Thai dishes with guidance from our experienced local chef and using mostly fresh organic ingredients.

• Tom Yam Kung (Spicy Lemongrass Soup with Prawns)
• Pad Thai (Stir-fried Rice Noodle)
• Kluay Buad Chee (Banana in Coconut Milk)
• Coffee or tea will be served during your meal

Hands-on Cooking Menu 2:

• Yam Pholamai (Spicy Thai Fruit Salad)
• Tom Kha Gai (Chicken in Coconut Milk Broth)
• Krapow Mu Saap (Stir-fried Minced Pork with Basil)
• Khan Niew Piak (Sweet Sticky Rice)
• Steamed jasmine rice and coffee or tea will be served during your meal

Hands-on Cooking Menu 3:

• Yam Samunprai (Thai Herbal Salad)
• Kaeng Kiew Wan Gai (Green Curry with Chicken)
• Khai Look Kheuy (Fried Hard Boiled Egg in Tamarind Sauce)
• Fakthong Kaeng Buad (Pumpkin in Coconut Milk)
• Steamed jasmine rice and coffee or tea will be served during your meal
