Our cooking class is a perfect activity to enjoy the warmth, hospitality, and atmosphere of Vietnamese home-style meals. This will be your home away from home. 

Together, we will cook 5 local Vietnamese dishes. Our chef will ensure you learn all the best Vietnamese cooking techniques and recipes, as well as gain insights into local food culture. 

We promise you will take back some great memories to share with your friends and family!

• Beef Noodle Soup
• Deep-fried spring roll
• Hoi An Pancake ( Banh Xeo) with pork and prawns
• Fresh spring roll without the rice paper

Please inform us about any food allergies and vegetarians are welcome. Let us know if you can eat fish sauce and eggs in advance. 

Programm

• Our driver will pick you up and bring you to our cooking house in Cam Thanh village.
• Introduce the chef about the class and all the ingredients
• Start of the culinary class.
• Time to enjoy your food with friends and family
• End of the cooking session and depart for the hotel.

The duration of the class is 2 hours and 15 minutes.
