Thai Akha Kitchen is one of the best culinary schools in Chiang Mai, located inside the old city wall of Chiang Mai. Learning how to cook Thai Food and Akha Food, you will learn and experience the different culture of Thai and Akha, and also learn the history of Thailand through our food. The kitchen is an outdoor set up with a mixture of Thai-Akha Atmosphere. The dining room with air-conditioning. Relaxing and easy chill-out place.

Nikon was a great host, showed us some Thai secrets and generally was fun to be around. He made sure to accommodate all dietary restrictions and gave us some advice on Thai and Akha Culture. Can only recommend!
