We had the BEST time with Dionysia! She was personable, funny, inviting and knowledgeable. It truly felt like we were cooking with family. We had some random/ mishaps happen (nothing that was in anyone's control) and she handled the challenges with grace and pivoted to make it the class still work. She did offer to refund us a couple times due to the challenges, and we said absolutely not! It was a blast and an experience we'll remember forever. Highly recommend taking this class!!

The BEST night in Athens!!! Dionysia, Costa, and Ersa were amazing! The Greek family recipes shared from scratch were superb! We were a party of 6 and each of us had a great experience in cooking with Dionysus and her team. It was an incredible opportunity to learn and a fun time was had by all! I highly recommend anyone going to Athens, please check them out! They do not disappoint!

Dionysia is almost effervescent in her enthusiasm for Greek cooking! We had a phenomenal hands-on experience learning to cook pita bread, gyros and the sauces that go with them. From massaging spices into the pork with Greek yogurt, to threading the pork on the upright skewer. to mixing and molding the pita dough, to frying the dough into delicious bread rounds, to squeezing grated cucumber for tzatziki - we did it all almost elbow deep in luscious olive oil all while sipping local wine. Dionysia guided us through the process with humor and detail. Our appetizers and dinner were amazing, and we made it ourselves! Thanks, Dionysia, for a spectacular learning experience!!

Our journey began six years ago in our cozy family kitchen. Originally, we started hosting cooking sessions just for fun, sharing Greek recipes with friends and a few curious travelers. What began as an intimate experience quickly blossomed as word spread. In the last year alone, we welcomed over a thousand guests to our home! Seeing the joy and connection that these classes brought, we took a leap of faith. My husband Kostas and I both left our corporate jobs to pursue this passion full-time. We found the perfect new space in the heart of the city, lovingly designed as a replica of our original home kitchen, so every guest can feel the warmth and authenticity of a true Greek home.
Today, we proudly host travelers from all over the world, offering an immersive experience into Greek culture and cuisine. From crafting pita and gyros to sharing family recipes passed down through generations, our classes are about more than just cooking – they’re about celebrating the heart of Greek hospitality. We now host everything from intimate gatherings to large group events, sharing the flavors of Greece with each and every guest who joins our table.
