We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at their beautiful home. The class was very informative, accessible and a lot of fun. Along with the traditional techniques, they have some of their own special touches that you can't learn anywhere else. 100x better than learning on YouTube :)

Phenomenal experience. It was like walking into your grandmother's kitchen to learn and help her cook. It was so personal and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sicily

We had a wonderful time at Accursia's house in Sciacca. The environment and attention to detail surprised us. We were in a group (two of us are celiac) and the day exceeded all expectations. The garden and greenhouse are beautiful and their products are all handmade. If I were to return I would like to try another lesson with Accursia!

Much of my knowledge comes from my grandmother, who not only shared her dough-making secrets but also the stories behind each recipe. Today, as a business owner, I choose to work with seasonal, natural ingredients, carefully transforming them to elevate the dishes you’ll create alongside me.
